Checklist for renting a room 

  1. Check for Electricity.
  2. Check for Alternative Electricity.
  3. Check for Water Supply.
  4. Check for Internet Facilities.
  5. Check Space size to fit your living style.
  6. Check for hanging pieces on the wall.
  7. Check for dinning and Kitchen space.
  8. Use corners for effective use of the spaces.
  9. Check for Sunlight entering into the room.
  10. Check for wall paintings and leakages.
  11. Check for parking spaces availability.
  12. Check for availability of clothes drying area.
  13. Check for Bathroom and toilet.
  14. Check doors,windows and it's latches.
  15. Check for availability of  grocery stores,gym centers and restaurants nearby.
  16. Check for availability of public transportation.
