  1. Make sure that the contract has the contents that you agree upon.
  2. Consent of signing parties are always necessary to make the contract valid.
  3. There maybe words that may void your contract easily.
  4. Contractor maybe free of responsibilities so it is necessary to proofread.
  5. Contract must be made valid by the lawyer otherwise documents can be regarded as fake.
  6. There must be someone as a observer of the event and the observer must agree on the documents made.
