What is the role of a non-tech manager in a software company?

The office has to run lawfully and to manage the business of any kind there is the necessity of a manager. A manager has a different role to play in a Software company. Allocating the task to be complete with a particular framework in a specific time. Salary raise, Motivation, Operation of the company to function daily, HR management, investment decision are one of the few tasks that a manger has to do.
A manager should make necessary arrangement of the workplace. Location of the company, acessibility of adequate internet facilities. Make stress free enviroment at workplace and collborate all to make a friendly environment and flow of the messages from one department to the other.
Apart from the inetrnal works a manager has to study the market trend and analyze it for the best of the stakeholders of the company.

A manger in a software company has to do all the above and look through the perspects of the business firm for future. Mangaing the accounts by hiring an employee and facing th emedia for any kind of attention.
