Note:
- Every Friday office will be closed at 3 pm. From Kartik 16 to Magh 15 working time will be shorten by an hour except Friday. Office remains closed on Saturday.
- In case of any difficulty to get the services mentioned above, you may contact to responsible staff.
- If the person is not satisfied with the service provided by department even after contacting to responsible staff, then he/she may also lodge a complain to the concerned section director.
- The complain given to the section director will immediately be considered according to the nature of the hearing. If not considered, he/she may contact to the Director General.
