Does reviews and comments matter in google ranking?

Google has it's own algorithm to maintain it's ranking system. Among them they do consider reviews as one of the factor. If you just go through the sites and apps then you will know it better on your own. Google sees the engagement pattern and ranks the site and application.

Reviews in mobile application has been beneficail for developers and publishers as they are able to
get feedback from the users. Most of the complaints and advice comes as a review in mobile application. Those who don't like tha app give suggestion by suggesting area to improve. If we are able to improve as demanded by users then it is ovious that google will rank us higher.

Comments are more often found in News articles. Comments helps to gain confidence and encouragement for better upgrade and upgrade helps in gaining better SEO ranking.
